Terms & Conditions


Prices includes Postage & Packaging. I must receive full payment for your order before any goods are dispatched.

I try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Dispatch of your order takes place within 24 hours of receipt, making delivery between 3-6 days for UK customers. I only sell and ship to UK MAINLAND BUYERS ONLY.
All items will be send by a courier - Standard Parcel. You will be notified via email once the order has been dispatched.

 I dispatch your order to the address saved on PayPal, so if you think this may be old or incorrect, or you would like the order to be send somewhere else (perhaps if it is a gift?) please let me know ASAP!

You may cancel your order, however, if your item has been dispatched you will lose this right. You must tell me about your cancellation in writing (via email).

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase I will gladly refund your money back immediately once the item is returned within 7 working days after the day you receive the purchase along with a copy of invoice via registered post, as I cannot be responsible for items that may go missing. The item must be in perfect condition and unused. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to me.

Refunds will then be made within 7 days of the product(s) being returned.

You must give a notice of returning to me (via email), before any items are returned.

Please check all goods at the time of delivery or as soon as possible, any defective, incorrect or incomplete, must be reported to me (via email) within 48 hours of receive of goods and before any items are returned to me. If I have not received notification within this period, the items will be deemed undamaged and completed and our transaction as buyer and seller will be completed.
